Lowe Recruitment has taken a more personal and considered approach to recruitment in order to build lasting business relationship and long-term success. Venette Lowe has had over 10 year’s recruitment experience across a broad range of industries. A particular highlight was her role as executive recruiter for SOCOG during the Sydney Olympics and Recruitment Project Manager for the Olympic Villages. Through the overwhelming success of the Sydney Olympics she witnessed first-hand how the right people can create the right atmosphere no matter how difficult the task or how many obstacles there are to overcome. Venette has also recruited key appointments with high profile corporates and for major events such as the Rugby World Cup.
Lowe Recruitment is a generalist recruitment company with industry specialisation in Sales and Marketing, Business Support, Insurance, Finance and Events. She is currently building a team around her with the same genuine interest in being part of other people’s success. Her approach is to gain repeat business from satisfied clients recognising that many of these clients were originally candidates before their successful placement.
